Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, take picture of the packaging, items and order confirmation right away so that we can evaluate the issue..


Exchanges 
We do not accept exchanges under no circumstances. Please ensure you purchase the correct item.


Refunds 
All purchases are final. No refunds once purchased.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift card

 

Shipping Policy

PROCESSING:

Payment is received.

Order confirmation will be sent via email.

The processing period will begin. Processing time for custom wig orders is 10-15 business days excluding weekends and holidays. The processing period for Ready to Ship Units and bundles and any other items will ship within 3-5 business days excluding weekends, holidays , and inclement weather delays. (you will be notified of any changes and updates. (During major sales please note that the processing period for custom units and bundles/accessories increases to 7-21 business days, B.Y.O.B Units increases to 7-14 business days.)

After processing period, your shipping label will be created.

You will receive an order fulfillment email with tracking number.

SHIPPING: Shipping occurs after the processing period has been completed. All orders are shipped via FEDEX OR USPS.


RETURN/REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product, refunds nor exchanges will not be issued. Hair extensions nor custom units cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer.

Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong item(s).

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced.

All packages come with a tracking number. FEDEX OR USPS updates their system every time there is a change regarding your shipment.

If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have your package held at your local FEDEX OR USPS store.
